DIVERSITY AT NBCU
DIVERSE & INCLUSIVE ENVIRONMENT
MESSAGE FROM PAULA MADISON
EVP & Chief Diversity Officer, NBC Universal and Company Officer, GE
NBC Universal believes that attracting and retaining the best, most diverse talent provides a significant competitive advantage in the media and entertainment industry. We also understand that an inclusive culture, where individuals of all backgrounds can succeed, is the responsibility of each and every employee.
Diversity is not a fad; rather it is woven into the very fabric that is NBCU. From our Affinity Groups to our early career programs to our mentoring programs - diversity can be seen throughout all of our company's programs and properties.
On a personal note, I am proof that inclusiveness does work. As a veteran of GE and NBCU, my background and experiences have been welcomed and fostered throughout my professional career with this company. I invite you to explore the opportunities we offer in our commitment to diversity among our workforce, suppliers, on-air talent and behind-the-scenes staff, and in the news and entertainment content we develop and produce.
