EARLY CAREER PROGRAMS
UNIVERSAL PICTURES LEADERSHIP PROGRAM
The Universal Pictures Leadership Program is a highly competitive experienced-level program designed to develop high potential individuals and foster a pipeline of diverse talent for future roles within the Universal Pictures Group. Program participants will rotate through different job assignments within Universal Pictures in a structured process that will provide them with valuable opportunities to learn about film marketing, financing and distribution strategies from inside a major film studio.
PROGRAM SUMMARY
- A two-year program consisting of three eight-month rotations within the Universal Pictures Group.
- Each rotation will offer the employee access to executives in various departments and the opportunity to learn the film business through hands-on experience. Rotational assignments will vary for each participant and are determined based on business need and the participant's interest.
- Program participants will strengthen and develop their knowledge of business, marketing, finance, sales and distribution strategies through various program-related professional development opportunities.

CANDIDATE CRITERIA
Basic Qualifications:- Graduate degree with an emphasis in Film/TV, Marketing or Business.
- At least 3 years of work experience in an area that is relevant to the Entertainment Industry.
- Demonstrated leadership, communication and analytical skills.
- Active in community affairs or affinity programs.
- Geographically mobile.
- Passion for the filmed entertainment business.
- Interested candidates must submit a resume/CV online to be considered
- Must be willing to take drug test and submit to a background investigation
- Must be 18 years or older
- Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
- Must be covered by Solutions, NBCU's Alternative Dispute Resolution Program
- Excellent interpersonal skills to interact with a range of personalities and styles and to establish effective relationships at all levels of the organization.
- Flexible, entrepreneurial and resourceful professionals with the ability to navigate through a highly nuanced and dynamic business.
