BRAVO MEDIA PROMOTES ROBERT MANCINI TO VICE PRESIDENT, DIGITAL CONTENT

NEW YORK - October 8, 2014 - Bravo Media announces the promotion of Robert Mancini to Vice President, Content, Bravo Digital. The announcement was made today by Lisa Hsia, Executive Vice President of Digital, Bravo and Oxygen Media, to whom he reports.  In his new role, Mancini will oversee creation of all content across Bravo's digital platforms. He now oversees multiplatform content for all Bravo shows, including "Top Chef," "Vanderpump Rules," and "The Real Housewives" franchise, as well as original digital offerings like Bravo's news and lifestyle blog, The Dish.

Since Mancini joined Bravo in 2010 as Editorial Director, he has led the digital team in reaching many notable milestones. He launched the new digital tentpole event "The Real Housewives Awards" which garnered more than 2 million votes, and also helped Bravo Digital win its first Emmy for "Top Chef: Last Chance Kitchen." Mancini has also developed a comprehensive digital content strategy and mission statement - "More screens. More passion. More Bravo." - that will guide BravoTV.com's upcoming redesign and will provide a new vision in shaping other network initiatives.

Prior to Bravo, Mancini spent 14 years developing, writing, and producing programming for multiple platforms and outlets, including NBC, PBS, Rolling Stone and MTV News, where he served as Editorial Director. After joining the MTV News team in 1996 as its first digital editorial hire, Mancini helped to drive its evolution into a cross-platform news organization. In his 12 years at MTV News, he steered multiplatform coverage of major breaking news events such as the Iraq War and Virginia Tech tragedy and developed comprehensive coverage strategies for marquee cultural events including the Academy Awards and the Super Bowl.
