Manager, Sales Administration
Administrative Management Identify areas of improvement and follow up to implementation of policies and procedures among the local team as well as with other internal departments (e.g. Legal, Contracts preparation, Servicing, Dubbing, Safe team, etc.)Deliver data and analytics as needed to the sales executives in driving business growth and delivery of excellence in customer service.Create special reports as requested by the Sales team.As an extension of and partner to the Sales Executives, deal with internal constituents (i.e., Business and Legal Administration, SAFE team, Distribution Services and Sales Administration, etc.), as it pertains to contract preparation and product fulfillment.Perform other duties as assigned Sales SupportResponsible for providing support to the Sales Executives during the pre-& post sales process.Work closely with the VP of Sales.Manage the "availability reports" per client, per country, history reports. Manage and be prepared to report all historical client data.Prepare and manage all field orders and notices of change (NOCs).Work directly with our Latin America clients on any issue regarding material and resolve their problems. Additionally, coordinate with marketing all client sales material requests (for example: screeners, press kits, digital sites).Manage as first point of contact for clients on any additional issues and ensure timely response to external and internal clients.Manage and maintain all client records, client history and the client database.
