The PositionThe Ad Sales Measurement & Impact team is seeking a Manager to join the Ad Experience Measurement team. Our Manager will be focused on measuring the impact that NBCU's ad experience has on consumer engagement and advertiser performance across NBCUniversal properties, including Peacock. In this role, you will become an expert on the performance of our suite of ad innovations and products, the underlying data structure to fuel response analytics capabilities, as well as the individual measurement strategies for upcoming ad innovation and experiences to launch on the platform. You will be encouraged to bring new thinking to how we approach growing our response analytics capabilities and toolkit and will actively collaborate with a high-performing cross-functional team to build out supporting analyses to inform business strategy and solutions. We're building a world-class team of smart, hungry and fearless professionals who are energized by the possibility of working at the epicenter of content, technology and culture.Duties and ResponsibilitiesCore responsibilities include, but not limited to:Help lead the effort to scale ad experience analytics capabilities across the NBCU portfolio, including implementing and maintaining key analytics requirementsOversee the creation of detailed analyses, reports, and presentations covering NBCU's innovative ad experience initiativesBecome a trusted partner of the broader Ad Sales team by leveraging analyses of NBCU Ad Innovations and Policies to optimize current ad experiences and inform future ad experience strategyMeasurement Strategy and CapabilitiesWork in partnership with Ad Experience Experimentation and Ad Impact teams to create holistic measurement strategies for new ad innovations and experiences, and present to internal stakeholdersCollaborate with internal data science teams to implement key analytics requirements and capabilities to unlock available datasets across NBCU PropertiesDrive tool development for ad experience measurement needs, including but not limited to outlining and maintaining requirements for Adobe Analytics, Conviva, comScore, and other analytics tools.Platform & Product AnalyticsSupport the Ad Sales & Ad Product Strategy teams by producing and maintaining actionable reporting and insights related to on-platform usage and ad product performance Turn insights and trends into compelling and creative stories by leveraging first party and syndicated data sourcesWork cross functionally with the Ad Sales & Experience Strategy, Planning, and Operations teams to understand key future facing business initiatives, and use on platform behavior to guide business decision making
