Vice President, Content Research & Business Intelligence

This Los Angeles-based position will be on Peacock's Content Evaluation & Advanced Analytics team, with a dual reporting line into NBCU Entertainment Networks Cross-Platform Insights & Analytics team, and with a charter to:1. Generate and evangelize impactful content performance insights with a focus on those properties shared between Peacock and NBC/Cable Entertainment2. Provide ongoing data-informed consultation for the Entertainment Content group, supporting the programming and development teams' evaluation and decision-making for Peacock originals and shared Entertainment properties across Scripted, Unscripted and Live Events3. Manage a BI/analytics team that serves the needs of Peacock's Editorial team as we seek to optimize how content is served up to our customers.As Vice President, you will work in a high-visibility and fast-paced environment, delivering cross-platform insights and analyses that support key content stakeholders both within Peacock and the Entertainment Group. This role will have a tangible impact on Peacock's growth and success as it establishes itself as a major player in the global streaming landscape.Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Manage the analysis, reporting & presentation of the performance of shared NBC & Cable Entertainment series on Peacock using key 1st & 3rd party data sets; developing key content & customer-level insights for Peacock & Linear network stakeholdersPartner closely with Linear Networks' Entertainment Research team to develop joint analyses and enrich existing reports with Peacock-centric metrics + KPIsServe as a key "point person" for business stakeholders on the TV & Streaming Entertainment Content Development and Programming teams, to help assess and interpret the performance of Peacock originals and NBCU shared entertainment contentTranslate complex data insights into easily digestible summaries for creative (i.e., non-quant) stakeholdersGenerate timely, relevant and appropriate insights for our Editorial/Ingestion team as they seek to optimize content displayed on the platformBuild appropriate dashboards to assist the Editorial team as we evolve how we serve up content to our customersSynthesize and manage the reporting and delivery of data to internal & external partners/studios via feeds, files and other modes of deliveryWork to define performance benchmarks & goals, business needs and analytical approach to develop data driven solutionsHelp steer the construction of relevant data dashboards and complex tools utilizing machine-learning and expertise from our Content Science teamGenerate ad-hoc analyses to answer critical and time-sensitive business questions, identifying areas of strategic opportunityTake ownership of projects from planning through execution and delivery, collaborating with partners to ensure deliverables that align with business needs Help contribute to a diverse, equitable, and inclusive work culture at PeacockLeverage a team of shared researchers to support analysis, reporting, and presentations related to the role
