As a Backend Developer, you will work closely with graphics and production teams to develop and maintain server-side applications, APIs, and data pipelines that support real-time graphics workflows. Your work will directly impact the tools used by production teams to build, manage, and deploy dynamic visual content in fast-paced environments such as newsrooms and live shows. Key Responsibilities · Develop and maintain backend services and APIs that support real-time graphics tools. · Collaborate with frontend developers to ensure seamless integration with GUI applications used for graphics creation and playback. · Work with graphics teams using Viz Engine and Unreal Engine to support data-driven and automated graphics workflows. · Design and manage databases and caching systems to support high-performance graphics operations. · Implement CI/CD pipelines and containerized deployments for scalable and reliable infrastructure. · Participate in the full software development lifecycle: requirements gathering, design, development, QA, deployment, and production support.
