Future Leaders Programme


Our Future Leaders Programme is an accelerated development programme based in our London offices. It is designed to grow our future talent at NBCUniversal International. Targeted at high potential graduates with a minimum 1 year of experience since leaving university, this fast-track programme consists of four rotations across multiple core business units, giving a unique view of how our International business functions work.
At the end of this two-and-a-half year programme, you’ll emerge with the necessary skills to drive the next
wave of innovation and expansion at NBCUniversal and truly become a future leader of our business.

Programme Overview

Our Future Leaders experience four different rotations over the course of the programme, each lasting 7 months and providing exposure to our International TV, Film and Corporate businesses.
These rotations will give you exposure to areas such as—Digital, Business Development & Strategy, Corporate Functions, and Core Business; ensuring that you develop a well-rounded skillset as you progress through the programme.
Each rotation is a real role, with tangible goals and objectives. You’ll be expected to deliver these and share the beneficial learnings with your peer group during quarterly learning sessions. It will be challenging, but you will be supported throughout to maximise your development opportunities.

Your Development Experiences

You’ll benefit from a structured learning journey specifically designed to cultivate leadership skills and further grow commercial and digital aptitude. You will also take part in a dedicated Lunch & Learn series, providing further insight and exposure to our businesses. With these learning experiences you’ll be empowered to take your learnings and implement them into your day-to-day activities, ensuring a continuous learning curve as you develop

We believe that providing feedback is a powerful tool to successful development and growth. Throughout the programme, and more formally at the end of each rotation, you will have an opportunity to receive and share feedback from your experience in each rotation. From this we expect you to use this feedback, along with access to mentoring and coaching to drive your own development.

You’ll also be assigned a current Future Leader as a buddy who will offer support and guidance as you join the NBCUniversal family.
