How We Hire
- Step 1: Apply
- Step 2: Review
- Step 3: Interview
- Step 4: Decide
Step 1: Apply
Go ahead and apply to all positions that match your skills and interests, but keep in mind quality over quantity is key here. Some jobs may have specific requirements like writing samples or reels so be sure to carefully read through all the steps. The first time you apply, you'll have the option to create a candidate profile to track the status of your application.
Step 2: Review
A member of our dynamic Talent Acquisition team will review your resume and application. Our recruiters are experts in assessing skills and experience and will determine the best candidates for the role based on the essential qualifications for the job.
Step 3: Interview
Depending on the role you’re applying for, you may be asked to take part in a couple of different types and rounds of interviews. These include phone screens, video or in-person interviews. This may sound daunting, but your recruiter will walk you through each scenario and will keep you posted throughout the process. Your application status is always available by logging into your profile and selecting “candidate zone.”
Step 4: Decide
If you land the job there's a good chance you'll attend our new hire orientation called "Here you can start." You'll learn about the company, our values and our perks. If you weren’t selected for the role, please don’t be discouraged as similar opportunities often open up. We encourage you to head over to the 'Find a Jobs' page and sign up for our Talent Community to be the first to know about career related news and opportunities. No matter what happens, we wish you the best of luck on your job search!

A resume details your skills, work experience, and education, but most importantly, your accomplishments. Think of your resume as an informational document that tells your career story.
- Align your resume to the qualifications listed on the job description by highlighting your relevant education, work experience, and skills (languages, software systems, certifications).
- List your experience in reverse chronological order starting with the most recent at the top. Be mindful to use the proper tense. For former roles, use past tense and for current roles, use present tense.
- In most cases, your resume should be limited to one page and only include the last 10 years of your work experience. If there are any gaps in your resume, you can explain further in a cover letter.
- Quantify your accomplishments as much as possible. For example, “Increased sales revenue by 10% YOY.”
- Save as PDF (not HTML or Text or Word) and name your resume files with your first and last name.
Pro Tip: Be sure to check spelling, grammar and formatting before submitting your application.
Your personal brand helps you to stand out from other candidates by giving the hiring team a better understanding of your values and how you express them. Your brand outlines your distinct talents and what you represent. It’s your opportunity to tell the story about your professional journey and career goals.
- Clearly communicate your top values.
- Share what drives you to be your best self.
- Think about ways your passions align with your work.
Pro Tip: If you’re still defining your personal brand, consider the adjectives that people use to describe you. Ask yourself what excites and energizes you in your work.
Your online presence includes any professional pages that a Recruiter or hiring team may review throughout your application and interview process. This could include anything from your LinkedIn profile to a portfolio or reel.
- Manage your online presence by keeping your sites up to date with your most recent professional experience.
- Make sure your website, reel or portfolio is easy to access and includes a password, if needed.
- Focus on the quality of your work rather than the quantity. Include the projects you’re most proud of that show off your thought process and style.
- Ask someone to test drive your site. It never hurts to have an extra set of eyes!
Pro Tip: Consider the type of role you may be pursuing when building your online presence. Technical blogs can help demonstrate your UI skills, while demo reels are a great way to showcase creative experience.
