Why is the Singapore Internship Program 6 months?

Our 6-month internship is designed to provide interns with a meaningful, hands-on learning experience. In the early stages of the program, interns typically focus on building foundational knowledge, understanding the business, and developing new skills. As the internship progresses, interns will have the opportunity to apply and strengthen those skills through real projects, many of which run over several weeks or months. The longer timeframe allows interns to gain deeper exposure, take on more ownership, and make a more impactful contribution to the team. 

As the program is structured around the full six-month duration, we are unable to consider candidates who cannot commit to the full internship period.
