OVERVIEW This key role will be responsible for leading the finance support for the MSNBC & CNBC Digital and Non-TV businesses (Direct to Consumer, Digital Publishing, Events, Councils, Audio, and Select). This role will partner with senior leaders to execute the day-to-day priorities, lead various special projects, and be a thought partner for these high-profile businesses. This role will report to the SVP, News Finance.

Role Summary and Purpose As the Director, Technical Tools Governance at NBCUniversal, you will lead the strategic direction, execution, and governance of technical tools supporting the Digital Network Operations Center (DNOC) within the Global Streaming Technology organization. This role is responsible for overseeing the full product lifecycle of operational tools, driving standardization, automation, and optimization across platforms. You will also manage procurement and financial oversight for the tools ecosystem, ensuring alignment with business goals and operational excellence.

About Us: NBCUniversal Global TV Distribution is responsible for the licensing and distribution of NBCUniversal product to all forms of television and streaming platforms in the U.S., Canada and in over 200 territories internationally.

NBCUniversal’s Intellectual Property Analytics, Operations, and Technology (IPAOT) team supports NBCUniversal’s content globally. The team builds applications to support our internal legal intellectual property partners as well as platform operations on YouTube, TikTok and Facebook. The applications help monitor NBCUniversal titles across search engines, data sharing networks and various content delivery pipelines. The data is collected by the team and analyzed internally to support business-decision driving initiatives at the company.
