The Live Event Broadcast Engineer will be responsible for providing technical broadcast engineering support specifically for live sporting events, ensuring seamless connectivity and integration with the NBC Sports Broadcast Center. The role includes deployment, maintenance, and technical troubleshooting of broadcast equipment and systems during live events, managing both NBC Sports owned equipment and third-party vendor systems.

As a member of the NBC Sports Communications Department, the Communications Publicist is responsible for publicizing NBC Sports’ marketing and promotional activity around all properties, with a focus on the convergence of sports, entertainment, music, style, and culture. The person will also work closely with Ad Sales Communications to effectively publicize and manage all matters related to NBCUniversal’s sports advertising sales. The publicist will also be on-site, as needed, to support coverage at major events, and will also support NBC Sports’ day-to-day sports publicity needs.

NBC Sports is seeking a Live Event Engineering Coordinator to join our Remote Technical Operations and Engineering (RTOE) Department. The Engineering Coordinator is responsible for providing technical support and managing broadcast equipment to fulfill the needs of NBC Sports live event remote productions.

The Production/Broadcast Engineer will be responsible for providing front-line broadcast engineering and technical support across multiple studios and control rooms within the Stamford Sports facility. The role involves supporting all broadcast systems and technology for live day-of-air programs, troubleshooting hardware and systems, complying with computer security policies, and managing projects that include system design, integration, and commissioning. This position requires a combination of maintenance and project management/system engineering skills.
