The NBC Sports On Air Graphics Team is looking for a freelance full-time broadcast motion graphics designer for its rapidly growing portfolio of live sports properties and studio shows. Reporting to the CFO, NBC Sports, the VP, FP&A is a key leadership role on the NBC Sports finance team, responsible for all financial planning and reporting activities across marquee properties including NBC Sports, NBC Olympics, Sunday Night Football, and the NBA. The role provides the unique opportunity for extensive visibility across NBC Sports’ properties, with collaboration across Business Development, Sports’ programming and production, Ad Sales, Research and Corporate FP&A teams.

The Executive Assistant will provide support to NBC Sports executive leaders. Responsibilities: Administrative duties for this role include managing travel and expenses; coordinating/managing calendars; planning meetings; and attending and taking notes for meetings Coordination between multiple internal departments and external partners.

Responsibilities: Supervise all operational aspects of NBC Sports and USA/CNBC event transmissions, commercial integration, and incoming and outgoing feeds. Responsible for executing network planned contingencies/road map when scheduled LIVE event does not run to time. Direct communication with Senior Executives and other sports management with regards to execution for the “not-planned-for” scenarios. Responsible for network coordination and integration between NBC Universal properties such as NBC, USA, Golf Channel, CNBC, Peacock and NBCSG digital platforms.

This is a part-time project / limited term position with an estimated duration of up to 6 - 12 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed. You are responsible for the support of our various Production units within NBC Sports. The role serves as a first line of support for Production that runs 24/7.
