The Scheduler, On-air Operations provides day-to-day scheduling support for the 24/7 On-air Operation.

The On-Air Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for overseeing broadcast schedule completion and execution of schedule changes for the entirety of on-air distribution. The coordinator serves as a direct point of contact between on-air operations, commercial operations, and program operations to ensure that playlists are scheduled properly and completely for air.

NBC Sports is seeking a highly skilled and electrical licensed Facility Electrician to join the Operations team at the Stamford, CT headquarters. This position is critical to maintaining the 24/7 reliability of our state-of-the-art broadcast and production facilities. The Facility Electrician is responsible for conducting building maintenance, planning, inspection and functions of the facility and its MEP systems.

This is a freelance full-time hours project / limited term position with an estimated duration of up to 4 - 12 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed. Conversion to full-time staff could be a consideration for this role.

The Sr Cyber Security Manager is a critical member of the NBC Universal Cyber Security organization, responsible for executing and contributing to the Cyber Security strategy and overseeing operational engagement with key leaders across NBC Sports and Operations & Technology teams. A successful candidate will have the opportunity to lead Cyber Security engagements for major NBC Sports events such as the Summer & Winter Olympics, Super Bowl LX, NBA All Stars, Premier League & the Big Ten.

This is a project based / limited term position with an estimated duration of up to 10 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed. In this position, you will work with and supports all productions across the NBC Sports portfolio. Responsibilities Engage with NBC Sports staff, daily hire and freelance technical personnel to work on remote productions. Inclusive of contacting the requested engineers to check their availability, negotiate rates, and hire all positions before the event.

Your role will be far from one-dimensional and has the opportunity for growth with strategic human resources generalist responsibilities including hiring, onboarding, and performance management.

Role Purpose To publicize and promote NBC Sports programming, production, partners, and talent in accordance with the company’s overall strategy and brand position. Responsibilities Support NBC Sports Communications department in numerous ways, including writing and distributing press releases, coordinating media interviews, and generating social media posts. Assist with maintaining press lists, scheduling media conference calls and department meetings, and maintaining and updating NBC Sports’ media-dedicated website.
