Overview: The Vice President, Internal Audit manages the internal audit function for the Company, with a primary focus on planning and execution of the Company’s SOX program. The VP will Report functionally to the Audit Committee of the Company’s Board of Directors and administratively to the Chief Accounting Officer and Controller. The ideal candidate will provide management, direction, guidance, and will review the activities of professional engagement teams, including personnel supplied by third-party co-source providers.

Overview: The Vice President Production & Distribution Finance serves a key role on the SpinCo Production & Distribution Finance team, reporting to the Senior Vice President, Corp Strategy, Development, & FP&A and serving as the operational finance support partner to the full “Operations & Technology” team. The Senior Financial Analyst is primarily responsible for providing financial support to Telemundo Streaming group and various Corporate functions (Communications, Research & Insights, Business & Legal Affairs, Human Resources, Finance, Executive). Additionally, this role might assist in other special projects as required. Job Duties: Responsible for day-to-day financial operations for Telemundo Streaming group and various Corporate functions (e.g. monthly/quarter close, invoice approvals, vendor onboarding, expense analysis, and other duties as needed).

As a key member of the O&T (Operations & Technology) Finance team, the Finance Manager will own the budgeting/LRP (long range plan), forecasting, expense management, headcount, capital and allocation processes for the News Group O&T department. This role provides the unique opportunity to gain a solid understanding of NBCU operations through daily exposure/interaction with O&T operational teams as well as the greater NBCU finance organization. Position Overview The Finance Manager for East Coast TV Production is an integral part of the O&T finance and operations teams. The Finance Manager will be overseeing the day to day financial activities for a ~$100MM OCF business and a $20M capital budget. This includes regular financial and operational metrics reporting, planning and analysis, ad hoc strategic modeling and day to day financial processes.

Technical Operations, Engineering, Cyber Security, and AI within NBCU Operations and Technology division is an $900M+ operating cash flow ($1.2B FCF). The group functions as a global shared service within NBCUniversal performing critical functions including Media, Broadcast and Studio Operations & Production, Content Supply Chain, Information Technology and Engineering, as well as Cyber Security. The group operates from numerous locations around the world, including New York, New Jersey, Los Angeles, Denver, and London.

The Vice President, Payroll leads the Company's day-to-day payroll operations function. Reporting to the Senior Vice President Accounting Operations, this role drives process execution to ensure effective and efficient service delivery through timely and accurate payments, distributions, and withholdings. The Vice President, Payroll ensures the payroll operations function supports compliance with local payroll regulations and collective bargaining agreements. This position also has accountability for accurate data and metrics for reporting, auditing, and monitoring purposes.

Role Purpose The Senior Finance Analyst of FP&A is responsible for assisting in the financial planning and forecasting for SpinCo. This role will interact with Corporate and Business Unit leadership, particularly through the budget and estimate cycles. In addition, the Senior Finance Analyst will participate in / coordinate ad hoc projects as requested. The Financial Planning and Analysis team is responsible for all planning and estimate cycles, internal reporting and related analysis for SpinCo financial results.

Overview The Treasury team’s responsibilities include capital markets activities, rating agency initiatives, corporate finance analysis and cash management. This position’s primary responsibilities will include driving the Treasury team’s balance sheet, and broader corporate finance analysis, building detailed and sophisticated financial models, working with management on complex capital markets transactions and helping in the creation of content to position key developments and considerations for the Company’s Board of Directors.

The Position The Senior Director Investor Relations will be responsible for assisting the EVP of Investor Relations in the development of Investor Relations strategies, policies and implementation of investor relations programs with a focus on institutional shareholder base. Acts as a Company spokesperson and supports the development of the investor relations strategy. Core Responsibilities Part of the team as a representative for investment research analysts and institutional investors, analysts and portfolio managers.
