The Manager of Local Ad Sales Finance is responsible for supporting advertising sales analysis and reporting of approximately $2B Gross Ad Sales Revenue across our 12 NBC Owned Stations, 31 Telemundo Owned Stations and 4 Regional Sports Networks. Reporting to the Senior Director of Ad Sales Finance, you will partner with sales and finance leadership throughout the country and provide critical revenue analysis that has a direct impact on key business decisions for Local, Peacock, NBC Network and Telemundo Network.

The Sr. Financial Analyst will report into the Vice President of Content Finance, and partner with leaders across various departments including Scheduling, Acquisitions, Controllership, Business Affairs, Creative, and Finance Senior Management. This position will provide traditional operational finance support related to, but not limited to current and acquired programming as well as development.

Role Purpose The Senior Finance Analyst of FP&A is responsible for assisting in the financial planning and forecasting for SpinCo. This role will interact with Corporate and Business Unit leadership, particularly through the budget and estimate cycles. In addition, the Senior Finance Analyst will participate in / coordinate ad hoc projects as requested. The Financial Planning and Analysis team is responsible for all planning and estimate cycles, internal reporting and related analysis for SpinCo financial results.

Role Purpose: Reporting to the Vice President, Risk & Compliance, the Manager/Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance will be responsible for helping to design, establish/maintain, and manage a robust risk and compliance framework for Global Controllership including Global Finance Operations (GFO) teams on and offshore. The framework should ensure that all enterprise-wide accounting compliance programs, processes and technologies are consistent with NBCUniversal’s policies and procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations.

Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer of Local Stations, this is a key leadership role on the Local Stations finance team. The NBC Local Stations Group consists of 11 NBC Owned Stations, 31 Telemundo Owned Stations, 4 Regional Sports Networks (“RSNs”), 3 Digital Multicast Networks and 16 FAST Channels. GFO is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager for a hybrid role supporting both Record-to-Report (R2R) Accounting and the Account Reconciliation Quality Assurance Program (QAP). This highly visible role offers the opportunity to contribute to core accounting operations while shaping the future of reconciliation standards at NBCU.

The Senior Director of Procure to Pay, Accounting Operations leads the Company's day-to-day centralized procure to pay (P2P) operations. Reporting to the SVP of Accounting Operations, this role will be responsible for driving the enterprise P2P operations providing day to day robust and efficient accounts payable services to SpinCo business partners. Responsibilities Service Delivery Manage the relationship with the P2P Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) team to ensure all operating and financial objectives meet business needs and adhere to contract requirements.

Oversee the controllership activities for TV Networks revenues and non-programming expenses. Oversee that all transactions are recorded, documented, reviewed and supported in accordance with company policies, generally accepted accounting principles and SOX controls. Partner as trusted advisor to the TV Networks finance organization on issues concerning reporting and controls, and assist with the formulation of financial and operational policy matters. Participate in monthly/quarterly closing processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness in financial information.

The Senior Financial Analyst serves a key role on the SpinCo Production & Distribution Finance team, reporting to the Vice President, Production & Distribution Finance and serving as an operational finance support partner to the full “Operations & Technology” team. The role provides the unique opportunity for extensive visibility with the SpinCo leadership team and experience both shaping and managing the operations of a newly formed Media company.
