In this role, you are the connective tissue between our business and the systems that power them. Each day, you’ll dive into complex rights-in agreements—breaking down terms, windows, territories, and restrictions—and translate them into clear, structured requirements for our rights management platforms. You’ll partner closely with Legal, Business Affairs, Finance, and Technology, asking smart questions, untangling ambiguity, and ensuring that what we think we bought is exactly what our systems say we can use.

Currently, the application portfolio includes SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, and ClickBoarding products, which are expected to be consolidated within a 3-5 year time frame. Engagement with HR business partners is a critical competency of this role.
