Responsibilities: Under supervision of a senior attorney, draft, review, negotiate, and interpret an extensive range of agreements, including, but not limited to, sponsorship, collaboration, donations, influencers, technology, services, and procurement-related agreements.

Role Purpose The HR Manager plays a central role in supporting client groups through strong HR partnership, sound employee relations guidance, and effective management of annual people processes. Working closely with the Vice President, Human Resources, this role provides day‑to‑day support to managers and employees, coaches leaders on people and performance matters, and oversees core HR cycles including performance management, compensation planning, engagement, and development initiatives.

This position will be responsible for growing revenue from Tampa-based ad agencies and direct advertisers, leveraging all US markets through NBCUniversal Local OTT and digital platforms including NBC Spot On featuring Peacock. The position requires TV ad sales experience, leveraging Telemundo’s linear TV stations in Tampa, Orlando, and Ft. Myers, with emphasis on the Tampa DMA. The AE will develop an understanding of our ad products, leverage tentpole events and have solid consultative selling skills to be able to best develop solutions to meet client needs.
