Band Assistant

Responsibilities: ● Assist band leader with all tasks. ● Serve as primary liaison between staff and band leader. ● Assist band during remote shoots and road shows. ● Distribute setlist for each show on a daily basis. ● Disseminate important information to the band, such as schedule changes and taping dates. ● Work with NBC music licensing for all music clearance needs. ● Coordinate with audio engineer regarding lyric needs or other tasks. ● Assist band in various tasks and oversee interns on runs. ● Submit daily music cues to music department and help oversee interns with music cue sheets.
