The Associate Manager, Performance Marketing position will play an integral part of the Performance Marketing team executing highly visible campaigns for several key brands across NBC Sports Next and Fandango. This position will help manage the execution, analysis, and optimization of multiple paid marketing campaigns across several ad platforms. This position will work closely with leadership to identify and manage areas of opportunity to optimize towards primary KPIs and OKRs.

Role Summary: The Analyst, People Analytics & Reporting position is responsible for facilitating and completing reporting for Universal Destinations & Experiences (UDX) while collaborating with key stakeholders. This role also involves participation in reporting systems design and testing, providing back-up support for day-to-day dashboarding/reporting troubleshooting, and assisting with special projects as needed.

Role Summary The HR Operations, Manager will be responsible for managing a team of specialists. Overseeing and serving as a primary backup for processing all workflow requests for organizational level and employee personal data information into the SAP HCM database. The HR Operations, Manager will act as the initial point for any items related to data processing and corrections while ensuring all transactional work and responses are completed according to the department's Service Level Agreement.
