NBC News Digital is looking for a deputy director of owned platforms to lead weekends, overseeing a critical part of a 24/7 operation that brings NBC News’ journalism to our audience and subscribers across the homepage, app, alerts, social, newsletters and partner platforms. This role is one of three deputy directors responsible for leading platforms coverage across mornings, evenings and weekends.

This role will partner closely with our Editorial and Product teams to optimize content performance across new and lifestyle, while helping to evolve strategies for emerging search behaviors, including Generative Engine Optimization (GEO). NBCUniversal’s Global Media Operations (GMO) is responsible for managing the content supply chain of the company and key functions such as content ingest, QC, preparation, and fulfillment to meet the needs of our customers worldwide.

The Executive Assistant will support the CMO and CFO, NBCU Local. The role will manage the day-to-day administrative functions as well as interface with a variety of individuals (both internally and externally).

The Sr. Business Analyst will be responsible for executing NBCU’s strategy and work in an HR technology team focused on SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding solutions. Currently, the application portfolio includes SuccessFactors, SmartRecruiters, and ClickBoarding products, which are expected to be consolidated within a 3-5 year time frame. Engagement with HR business partners is a critical competency of this role. Collaboration with a team of technology professionals as well as engaging with vendors and an engineering team are essential tasks to perform project and support activities.

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for the daily operations in working with NBCU’s feature-films and episodic TV productions. You will be responsible for maintaining and upkeeping the rental equipment, as well as the day-to-day demands from productions and production crews. You will be responsible for fulfilling all outgoing and incoming equipment orders, as well as maintaining orderliness and safety of the warehouse environment.

Role Purpose: The Manager of Finance is responsible for managing financial planning and forecasting for an innovative new initiative at NBCUniversal. This is a newly created role is an exciting opportunity that will play a foundational part in building and scaling a dedicated finance function to support the initiative’s growth. This role will have significant interaction with department heads, particularly through the forecast, budget, and estimate cycles. In addition, the Manager will participate in/coordinate ad hoc projects as requested.

Responsibilities: ● Assist band leader with all tasks. ● Serve as primary liaison between staff and band leader. ● Assist band during remote shoots and road shows. ● Distribute setlist for each show on a daily basis. ● Disseminate important information to the band, such as schedule changes and taping dates. ● Work with NBC music licensing for all music clearance needs. ● Coordinate with audio engineer regarding lyric needs or other tasks. ● Assist band in various tasks and oversee interns on runs. ● Submit daily music cues to music department and help oversee interns with music cue sheets.
