This is a Run of Show position and is paid throughout the active production season. Responsibilities: Coordinate guest interview materials and content, including promotional clips and plug information from publicists, studios, and networks for all scheduled late night show guests. Schedule and coordinate guest pre-interviews. Arrange screenings for Segment Producers and Host, and secure tickets to shows and events as needed. Liaise between Segment Producers and the Script Department to ensure accurate guest intros and outros are prepared on cue cards for Host.
