As a Development/Booking Producer at Dateline NBC, you will be responsible for identifying and researching potential stories, and contacting and booking interview guests for Dateline episodes. The Development/Booking Producer will be involved in production across the United States, including covering trials and producing high-quality interviews under tight deadlines. Your role will involve assessing potential stories, taking booking trips to secure exclusive interviews on competitive stories, and helping produce those interviews as needed.

Responsibilities: General administrative duties: maintaining files, copying, scanning. Compile and distribute daily paperwork as directed by Production Coordinator. Prepare and submit expenses/receipts as directed by Production Coordinator. Set up and coordinate various meals, craft service, events, greet guests. Make off-lot and on-lot runs to pick up various items for the show. Maintain the upkeep and stock of the kitchen, copy room, printers, and faxes throughout the office. Other duties as assigned by Production Coordinator.

The Manager of O&T FP&A is a key player on the O&T HQ Finance team, supporting a variety of business lines within Operations & Technology.
