In this role, you will specifically support our SportsEngine platform. As a strong team player, you will be responsible for providing unparalleled service to our existing Foundational Partner and VIP customers. Specifically, focusing on the optimization of our platform, product/feature add-ons, and improved customer processes. Job Duties In partnership with the Enterprise Account Managers, own the day-to-day aspects of the portfolio, focusing on successful product implementation, project execution, affiliate adoption, support escalation & performance management.
