This role will provide strategic and practical legal counsel to the Company’s Human Resources professionals and business executives regarding employment and benefit laws and support the overall employment legal group, as well as negotiate and draft employment agreements. As a key member of the Labor & Employment Legal team, this role will lead all legal labor strategy and process, providing strategic advice and counsel regarding labor strategy and represent the Company in collective bargaining agreement negotiations. The Privacy Analyst position is part of the Legal Privacy team that reviews and provides guidance based on business requests for the collection and use of personal data in compliance with global privacy regulations In this position you will support the development and maintenance of Versant’s Legal Privacy program to ensure compliance with global privacy regulations, mitigate risk, and build trust with our customers and consumers. You’ll work cross-functionally with business units and contribute to strategic projects that advance our privacy practices and supporting technologies.
