The Senior Counsel, Litigation and Regulatory will be responsible for handling disputes, advising internal business clients, litigating cases as counsel-of-record (both independently and under supervision of other in-house litigators) and/or in collaboration with outside counsel.

As a key member of the Labor & Employment Legal team, this role will lead all legal labor strategy and process, providing strategic advice and counsel regarding labor strategy and represent the Company in collective bargaining agreement negotiations.
