JOB DESCRIPTION An exciting opportunity to join the Theatrical Dubbing Team within Universal Pictures International. This role is a fixed‑term position to cover maternity leave. The team sits within the Theatrical Operations Department and covers dubbing worldwide for Universal Pictures International, Focus Features, DreamWorks, and Illumination Entertainment. The Junior Dubbing Manager will work with our vendors, downstream teams, and international theatrical teams to schedule and process our theatrical releases.

The Universal Pictures International Finance team plays a key role in supporting the UPI Senior Management team. It oversees a complex, multinational network of owned operating companies, licensees and JV’s. The team will partner closely with other Head Office functions, all UPI operating companies and corporate groups based in Universal City, London, and Amsterdam.

The Sales Director is responsible for leading Universal’s theatrical sales strategy and execution in Germany. The role oversees exhibitor partnerships, drives box office performance across all releases, and ensures that revenue and profitability targets are achieved. Reporting to the Managing Director Germany, the Sales Director plays a key leadership role within the organization as a member of the senior management team, shaping commercial strategy, strengthening key account relationships, and ensuring operational excellence in one of Universal’s most important international markets.

Role and Responsibilities: Coordination of creative assets and promotional messaging guidelines with external partners. Facilitate clear and timely information flow across partner relationships. Responsible of briefing and following up with the promotional agencies for promotional items related to each film. Ensuring the cost/quality/timings adhere to company and compliance standards. Coordination of slate presentations to potential partners and Trade partners/Exhibitors.

Role Purpose The BI Ops Specialist ensures the continuity, reliability, and quality of the analytical ecosystem for Mexico and LATAM, enabling strategic decision‑making across Marketing, Distribution, and Finance, in integrated collaboration with the Data Strategy team based in LA and London. Operating with high autonomy, this role connects territories, business teams, and data operations to foster a data‑driven, insight‑ready environment—consistent, scalable, and built for continuous improvement.

This role is a maternity leave cover starting in July 2026 and offers a fantastic opportunity to work at the heart of cinema marketing — collaborating closely with creative, marketing, media, sales teams, and cinema partners to ensure our films truly shine in‑theater.

This role is a commercially and operationally focused Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst position, responsible for tracking and analysing Head Office Marketing expenditure and campaign performance, alongside the analysis and presentation of financial data to support decision‑making. The role is based in London and will work closely with finance teams in LA.

The role leads trade marketing efforts for titles under the $8M box office threshold and blends creative storytelling with strong stakeholder collaboration.
