*Start Date* 1st August 2025 Job Purpose To manage the publicity and brand strategy for all Carnival IP. Responsibilities Responsible for the coordination of the creation of promotional / marketing assets for Carnival programming and providing feedback and approvals on behalf of the company. Responsible for the deal approvals, creative approvals and consultation rights at Carnival (e.g. consumer products, licensing and brand extensions, key art design, marketing assets, talent approvals, etc); coordinating further approvals if/when necessary.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Reporting to Heyday’s Head of Development, the Development Executive’s responsibilities include: originating, identifying and developing new ideas for TV series in line with Heyday’s business plan/development strategy reading submitted books and scripts - both solicited and unsolicited assisting with and managing all development aspects of projects – e.g. editing scripts and writing notes and pitch documents identifying strong writing talent talent management and development from rising stars to established talent pitching projects to commissioners/buyers
