The Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day financial and budget tasks, including but not limited to tracking of all spends, invoice submissions, onboarding of vendors, monthly and quarter closes/accruals. The Operations Coordinator will assist with the operational efforts for the Universal Television Entertainment Group’s communications teams. This position will report to the Director, Operations for the Universal Television Entertainment Group’s communications teams.

The Director, Operations for Communications will support the operational efforts as well financial forecasting and trafficking for the Universal Television Entertainment Group’s communications teams. Responsibilities include: Oversee department budget, identity and implement changes to improve efficiency, reduce costs and optimize workflows. Manage vendor relationships and contracts. Lead negotiations, contract structuring, and long-term relationship management with strategic partners.
