This role also involves participation in reporting systems design and testing, providing back-up support for day-to-day dashboarding/reporting troubleshooting, and assisting with special projects as needed.

Overseeing and serving as a primary backup for processing all workflow requests for organizational level and employee personal data information into the SAP HCM database. The HR Operations, Manager will act as the initial point for any items related to data processing and corrections while ensuring all transactional work and responses are completed according to the department's Service Level Agreement.
