Role Purpose: The Timekeeping Manager is responsible for managing UDX’s day-to-day time and attendance processes and staff. UDX’s Time & Attendance Operations consist of staff responsible for the administration of the timekeeping system, which includes configuration and customization to support wage and hour rules including the application of minimum wage and FLSA adjustments and the application of internal pay practices.

Role Purpose: Perform daily functions of Payroll Operations to ensure efficient and timely processing of payroll, including planning and direction of workflow to complete the weekly payroll cycle in accordance with established deadlines. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Process payroll transactions in accordance with established deadlines. Initiate processes and create/generate reports that result in or lead to the completion of a paycheck. Perform data entry to maintain record information for Team Members and/or vendors as applicable.

Role Summary: As the Specialist, HR Initiatives & Knowledge Management, you will be responsible for strategically managing and tactically executing knowledge management & transfer activities for NBCUniversal’s global HR community. Reporting to the Director, HR Initiatives & Knowledge Management, you will design, implement, and manage various knowledge management/transfer activities that support our global HR community’s day-to-day awareness of and adherence to corporate policies, programs, and processes.
