For Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR), responsible for directing and managing all aspects of the development of attractions, resort hotels, and supporting guest experience facilities, including all planning, design, construction, fabrication, delivery, commissioning and operational readiness required to open projects within the assigned budget while meeting quality, schedule, creative intent, guest experience, and operational requirements.

For Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR), Responsible for the effective management and delivery of Property Development construction projects, including enabling works, infrastructure, utilities, roads, structures, and buildings supporting the development of a world-class destination resort. Oversees construction coordination throughout the project lifecycle, including design integration, construction documentation, contractor interfaces, field operations, schedule and budget management, and on-site issue resolution.

POSITION SUMMARY For Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR), this position contributes to technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for supporting the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Set/Scenic, or Props. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   Provides engineering technical (calculation, design, drafting, research) assistance to the Ride/Show teams in support of scenic scopes of work.
