JOB SUMMARY Manage the Interior Design process for new developments and renovations across a land or small group of lands in collaboration with Universal Creative. Adhere to comprehensive budgets and implementation strategies for design, construction, and procurement. Lead and coordinate vendors and consultants, ensuring progress is tracked and aligned throughout all phases of design and construction.

JOB SUMMARY Manage the planning and area development design for the resort roadways and back of house areas, focusing on site planning, placemaking, and soft/hard landscape design solutions. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES (% of time) Provides area development and landscape specific designs for resort-wide projects, collaborating with in-house teams and external consultants. Contributes to the layout of roadways, parking, hotels, back-of-house facilities, and other resort components.

POSITION SUMMARY Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Network Systems. Role may have multiple direct reports who manage multiple aspects of an attraction. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   Ensures all Show and Ride equipment maintains the highest level of safety in accordance with Universal Specifications, accepted manufacturing practices and applicable standards.
