Role Purpose: Reporting to the Vice President, Risk & Compliance, the Manager/Senior Manager, Risk & Compliance will be responsible for helping to design, establish/maintain, and manage a robust risk and compliance framework for Global Controllership including Global Finance Operations (GFO) teams on and offshore. The framework should ensure that all enterprise-wide accounting compliance programs, processes and technologies are consistent with NBCUniversal’s policies and procedures as well as applicable laws and regulations.

Role Purpose: Global Finance Operations (GFO) is NBCUniversal’s centralized shared services team, providing finance and accounting support across business units. GFO is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting Manager for a hybrid role supporting both Record-to-Report (R2R) Accounting and the Account Reconciliation Quality Assurance Program (QAP). This highly visible role offers the opportunity to contribute to core accounting operations while shaping the future of reconciliation standards at NBCU.

Role Purpose: This position will be responsible for the preparation, analysis, and invoicing of billing. Responsibilities: Assist Account Management and Sales Planners in meeting billing deadlines and resolving billing issues Meet monthly close deadlines in reconciling and generating billing as well as preparing files for transfer to SAP accounts receivable system Preparation of digital monthly invoices, including verifying Operative.

The Global Customer Financial Operations is a hybrid shared services organization that oversees the global order-to-cash functions for the NBCUniversal Media LLC company, which include Ad Sales, TV Distribution, Universal Pictures International, Universal Products & Experiences, and many other major divisions. This role is pivotal in bridging the gap between finance and our O&T organization, ensuring that our technology landscape aligns with our strategic finance roadmap. We want to unlock greater value from our boundary systems and making sure that we are using these technologies responsibly.

Role Purpose: The Accounting Record-to-Report Senior Manager oversees the Record-to-Report functions, which include general ledger accounting, monthly close processes, asset accounting, account reconciliations, and various other tasks performed by both onshore and offshore teams. This role ensures that the BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) provider meets service level agreements (SLAs), delivers excellent customer service to business units as the primary point of contact, and drives efficiency through a shared service model.

The Global Process Owner, Record to Report (R2R) sits within the Global Finance Operations (GFO) team within Global Controllership reporting to the SVP, Global Finance Operations, and will be responsible for driving the R2R transformation roadmap and strategy at a very transformational time within NBCU, as we migrate from a SAP ECC platform to S/4 Hana over the coming years. In addition, the R2R GPO will also be responsible for driving the Blackline strategy as we look to further leverage the Blackline capabilities, which will continue be a key boundary system.
