TODAY Digital, the multiplatform arm of America’s favorite morning show, is looking for a part time PEP Commerce Editor to work across Shop TODAY digital and broadcast during a Thursday to Saturday schedule. Duties include working on Saturday broadcast segments for TODAY and assisting with Shop TODAY’s refresh search strategy for their evergreen content library (including gift guides during peak shopping seasons) based on performance data, seasonality and long-term search trends.

This person will oversee the creative and technical process ensuring the highest journalistic and production standards. The Legal Records Clerk (LRC) is responsible for identifying, classifying, and storing electronic and physical paper records. The LRC must also retrieve records for use by attorneys and researchers at NBC/Universal. The Legal Records Management Department observes a strict process of privacy and data protection of our organization’s records which the LRC must adhere to. The LRC must identify and transfer (via pdf) legal contracts to the Electronic Legal Filing system which can then be accessed by approved users.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a project / limited term position. Engagement will be per event/assignment based upon business need. Employment can be amended or terminated as deliverables for the assignment are completed. As a Video Operator (V1), you will work under the direction of the Producer, Director, Technical Manager and/or other production or management representatives to provide images for the telecast. You will be able to work with the TM and maintenance engineers to assist with positive solutions regarding equipment malfunction or failure.
