Assoc. Counsel, Business & Legal Affairs

The Associate Counsel of Business & Legal Affairs position is an attorney position and will be responsible for supporting the Sr. Counsel – Business & Legal Affairs of Telemundo Network and other attorneys in the department focusing on corporate transactions. Responsibilities: Under supervision of a senior attorney, draft, review, negotiate, and interpret an extensive range of agreements, including, but not limited to, sponsorship, collaboration, donations, influencers, technology, services, and procurement-related agreements.
