Entertainment Coordinator

The Coordinator provides high-level administrative support to the EVP, Production and an additional executive within Universal Global Television (UGT). This role serves as a key partner in managing day-to-day priorities, ensuring seamless coordination across a fast-paced global production organization. The Coordinator regularly interacts with senior leaders, internal stakeholders, production teams, studio partners, network and platform stakeholders, talent representatives, and external producers, requiring exceptional judgment, discretion, and professionalism.
