Bachelor’s degree preferably in technical field (Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Global Supply Chain, or a related major/minor)
Upon completion of the program, candidates will coordinate with the program manager to transition to a permanent position if both the candidate’s career interests and the needs of NBCU align.
Yes, each track offers technical trainings and associates across all tracks receive soft skills training.
The matching process is collaborative in nature. Associates can provide their preferences on location and areas of interest. Departments submit projects based on their business needs.
The interview process consists of 2-5 rounds of technical and behavioral interviews over the span of 3-4 weeks.
All candidates will interview with the program manager, members of the business and HR. Depending on the track, candidates will also go through a technical interview.
