Duties and responsibilities: The Finance Assistant reports to the Head of Finance & Operations. The responsibilities are: Invoicing of Producer fees and reconciling with external accountants on participation statements. This is highly sensitive information and good numeracy skills are required for this task. Updating an excel worksheet to be shared with the Head of Finance which is time sensitive in many cases. Managing and capturing the data for recharges to be invoiced to various productions monthly.

Responsible for supporting or managing the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Ride Control, or Show Control Systems. Assists in managing or manages vendors through the process of bidding, designing, manufacturing, testing, shipping, installation, start up, and commissioning of ride or show control systems.

For Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR), responsible for managing the procurement of Furniture, Fixture, and Equipment (FF&E) materials for multiple and simultaneous hotel and/or resort projects as well as FF&E-related project management including holding to prescribed project budgets and schedules, product design and specification review, procurement contracting, and oversight of installation. Manage FF&E process to achieve value and efficiency. Maintain budget and schedule. Coordinate with field team to implement FF&E installation.

For Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR), this position contributes to technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for supporting the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Show Action Equipment. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES Provides engineering technical (calculation, design, drafting, research) assistance to the Ride/Show teams in support of show action equipment scopes of work.

Leveraging NBCUniversal’s rich entertainment portfolio, this role will identify market opportunities, secure best-in-class licensees, negotiate agreements and deliver innovative, commercially viable product ranges that meet revenue targets. This 360-degree role will manage agent-led activity and key global partners, ensuring alignment with regional strategy and budget expectations. Key Responsibilities Partner with the Director, EMEA Agents, to manage external agent teams and deliver locally relevant plans that drive growth across key categories and retail accounts.

The International Workplace team supports over 70 locations across the APAC, EMEA and LATAM regions. Key Responsibilities: Develop, maintain, and issue floor plans for all NBCU sites as required using AUTOCAD. Support in developing test fit options for all workplace projects and BAU small works. Analyse and collate occupancy reports for all NBCU sites. Track workplace utilisation, assist with space analysis, space projections to ensure best utilisation of space in our sites. Help develop and implement processes to drive better efficiencies eg; CAFM system, Power BI occupancy reporting.
