For Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR), This position provides leadership to a multi-disciplinary team responsible for the planning, design, construction, and commissioning of infrastructure and property development projects and associated resort complex (ERC). The Project Director oversees all aspects of enabling public roadways, bridges, and construction logistics across the ERC, ensuring successful project delivery aligned with budget, schedule, quality, safety, creative, and guest experience objectives.

For Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR), Responsible for the effective management and delivery of Property Development construction projects, including enabling works, infrastructure, utilities, roads, structures, and buildings supporting the development of a world-class destination resort. Oversees construction coordination throughout the project lifecycle, including design integration, construction documentation, contractor interfaces, field operations, schedule and budget management, and on-site issue resolution.

POSITION SUMMARY For Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR), this position contributes to technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for supporting the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Set/Scenic, or Props. MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES   Provides engineering technical (calculation, design, drafting, research) assistance to the Ride/Show teams in support of scenic scopes of work.

For Universal United Kingdom Resort (UUKR), Provides technical management, inclusive of budget and schedule, for an attraction or attractions under an area of responsibility. Responsible for the successful specification, bid/award, design, production, installation, and acceptance testing of Ride and/or Show systems, to include Network Systems. Manages in-field installation, test and adjustment of scenic systems to ensure compliance with contract specifications.
