NBCUniversal’s Owned Television station in the Dallas/Fort Worth area, KXAS TV/KXTX TV, is looking for a dynamic, highly organized journalist ready to connect our community to the talented storytellers on our team. As an Assignment Desk Editor at NBC 5/T39, you will interact with a wide variety of people across Dallas-Fort Worth gathering story ideas, organizing information, and setting up interviews.

The Editor will be responsible for editing content across various sports programs, including both long-form and short-form formats. This includes weekly studio-based programs, live news, digital content, and remote programs such as teases, highlights, packages, voiceovers, and sound on tape. Given the time-sensitive nature of the assignments, the role requires strong attention to detail and the ability to make prompt, well-informed decisions. The Editor reports to the Director of Post Production and should be comfortable working independently when required.

The Manager Unified Communications-Olympics is responsible for ensuring that engineering designs, plans, maintenance, and related activities for unified communication technologies contribute to a robust and reliable telecommunications operation. This includes managing central office telephone systems and equipment, overseeing telecommunication service providers, facilitating mobile phone provisioning and operations during the Olympic Games and other sporting events, and supporting the integration and unification of various communication platforms and systems.

The Executive Producer is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the assigned daily show. The ideal candidate can work in a fast paced, entertainment/news environment and possesses a strong leadership, journalistic background.

The Graphics Intern will be a part of the CNBC International Graphics team in APAC that contributes to the output of daily live TV news programs watched by millions of viewers worldwide. You will be trained and guided by experienced Graphic Designers to develop and generate a range of visuals for live TV broadcast. Using your design skills, you will develop and create high quality, visually captivating and accurate Artwork to inform our audience across news stories.

The Video Editing Intern will be a part of the CNBC Video Editing team in APAC that contributes to the output of quality live TV news programs watched by millions of viewers worldwide. You will receive training and guidance by experienced video editors on how to produce visual aids for the daily live TV news programs. Clip and edit video clips for daily live TV news programs, with Grassvalley Edius editing tool Perform audio mixings & colour corrections Produce graphics and/or visual aids for TV news programs, e.g.

The Studio Operations Intern will be a part of the CNBC Studio technical production team in APAC that outputs daily live TV news programs watched by millions of viewers worldwide. You will be trained and guided by experienced Studio Directors to operate equipment in a studio and control room effectively. You will be able to experience and participate in both CNBC’s live and pre-recorded TV news programmes.

This role reports firsthand information of news events national and international. The news correspondent provides to the audience context, analysis, and different perspectives. Responsibilities: •Daily coverage of news events primarily from the Los Angeles bureau and surrounding areas. •Provide live on-air reports. •Contribute to the editorial line of the day pitching stories and exclusive reports or interviews. •Travel to cover breaking news or scheduled news events. •Work in a fast paced, dead-line driven environment for the late newscasts and weekend.

PLEASE NOTE: This is a project / limited term position with an estimated duration of 6-12 months, unless otherwise amended or terminated as deliverables within this project are completed. The Production Coordinator position reports to the VP, Golf Operations. As a Production Coordinator, you are an integral part of the Operations team. You are responsible for supporting the production coordination needs of the assigned broadcast for remote events.

The Sr. Manager of Scenic Fabrication Operations is responsible for the overall management of the Scenic Fabrication shop’s day to day operations, projects and personnel. This includes ensuring the success of all projects assigned to the Scenic Fabrication team, delivering on scope within established budget, on schedule and with high client satisfaction.
