Role Purpose: Reporting to the Senior Director, Global Legal Operations & Innovation, the E-Billing Coordinator supports the day-to-day financial operations of the Legal Department with a focus on external legal spend, reporting, and analysis. The role serves as a primary liaison between outside counsel, Finance, and internal stakeholders across NBCU’s US and international offices, combining strong interpersonal skills with quantitative expertise to manage, audit, and optimize legal billing processes.

The Data Analyst, for the Digital Ad Sales Operations team will be responsible for creating, maintaining, troubleshooting, and implementing automated and ad-hoc solutions to help with reporting and analytical needs.
