Senior Platform Operations Engineer will be a key member of our DevOps Team, helping to build and support the core infrastructure of the GolfNow Platform services and products through activities and key responsibilities that include: Contributing to efforts that ensure the continuous and smooth running of the GolfNow platform while serving a large volume of traffic. Leveraging Amazon Web Services to build highly available services. Developing Infrastructure as code using tools like Terraform. JOB SUMMARY: Applied Data Engineer role is responsible for all aspects of NBC Sports Next data platform, data integration, and data analytics. The role will be hands-on and will be responsible for helping business drive data-driven decisions and solving business opportunities through data. This role will be leading improvements of existing data solutions and development of new solutions by scoping, implementing, and testing in order to address business requirements.

Responsibilities: Supporting the Director, CRM Operations, ensure the smooth deployment of CRM campaigns. Balance technical knowledge with consumer experience focus Manage email team workflows, production capacity and schedule; identify process improvements to increase accuracy, efficiency, and scale to capacity of the team. Act as a cross-functional project manager to intake requirements from stakeholders (Brand marketing, CRM, Ad Sales, etc.) to gather requirements, design solutions, troubleshoot issue as well as build and execute world-class email and automation campaigns end-to-end.

Maintain customer contact & deployment calendars and work with team to ensure all campaigns are planned, executed, and wrapped up. Manage and execute email and text channel marketing technical systems. Manage technical email and text system administrators. Work cross-functionally with internal teams (Brand marketing, CRM, Ad Sales, etc.) to execute sophisticated email and mobile journeys, automations, behavioral, transactional, and triggered campaigns.
