Role Purpose The Workplace Planning Coordinator supports the delivery of workplace services across NBCUniversal’s international portfolio, focusing on maintaining accurate floor plans, occupancy data, and supporting day-to-day moves and changes. As part of the International Workplace team, you will be responsible for maintaining the foundational workplace data for NBCUniversal’s international portfolio using our core platforms, ensuring accuracy and consistency across all sites, and supporting seamless collaboration across the team.

The IT Operations Intern will play a key role in supporting the TechEx team's daily operations, focusing on maintaining and enhancing the efficiency of technical processes and project activities across both the Sydney office and the broader teams in Australia and Singapore. The intern will gain valuable hands-on experience in technical support, asset management, and workflow automation, with opportunities to contribute to team projects and IT initiatives on a regional level.
