The Director, Production & Operations is responsible for overseeing all production and operational aspects of assigned unscripted programming from development through final delivery. This role serves as a key liaison between production companies, creative teams, and internal NBCUniversal departments to ensure projects are produced efficiently, delivered on schedule, and meet creative, technical, financial, legal, and operational requirements.

The Entertainment Coordinator will provide administrative support to two Drama Development executives within the Universal Television Studio organization, and serve as office liaison communicating with internal NBCU divisions as well as the external business and creative community.

Position Overview The Universal Television Entertainment Marketing team is responsible for marketing across NBC’s entertainment networks. This includes driving consumption, fan engagement, and content marketing for some of the plans for the biggest shows and franchises across the entertainment networks, including The Voice, Real Housewives, Law & Order and more. The Audience Acquisition & Growth team is responsible for driving digital fan engagement, content marketing, and overall audience strategy.

The Director is responsible for translating programming priorities into strategic, data-driven media plans for all Peacock Originals. This role owns how promo is surfaced on Peacock, defining placement, prioritization, and exposure across the full user journey to maximize the impact of owned media.
