Job Description: The Universal Television Entertainment Group (UTEG) is looking for a marketing strategist to join our team – a detail-minded and collaborative team member who’s passionate about how entertainment brands connect with audiences and show up in culture. In this role, you’ll work with the Manager, Marketing Strategy to support the evolution of the Peacock brand, ensuring it is represented consistently across campaigns and content.

Responsibilities: A high level of confidentiality and discretion is expected regarding all meetings, phone calls and show documents. Primary role is to provide support to the Supervising Producer and Director providing them with meals throughout show weeks and car rides home from the studio. Coordinate and set calls with other departments for Supervising Producer and Director. Answer all calls for the Supervising Producer and take messages and notes when necessary. Help organize scripts for the Supervising Producer and Director on Wednesdays for read through.

The VP, Alternative Programming will report to and work with the EVP, Alternative Programming at Universal Television Alternative Studio. Essential Responsibilities: Work and collaborate with networks, 3rd Party production companies and producers on development, casting, creative, formats, budgets, calendars, production and post-production plans. Oversee day-to-day management of pilots and series, managing several series at once.

The Brand Marketing Coordinator will report to the Director of Brand Marketing and support a highly motivated marketing team within Universal Television Entertainment Group, with a primary focus on Bravo. This role involves coordinating, brainstorming, developing, and executing comprehensive marketing campaigns for original series in collaboration with cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate is a proactive and detail-oriented self-starter who excels in a fast-paced setting, thinks creatively and strategically, and has a strong passion for television entertainment and marketing.

The Operations Coordinator is responsible for managing day-to-day financial and budget tasks, including but not limited to tracking of all spends, invoice submissions, onboarding of vendors, monthly and quarter closes/accruals. The Operations Coordinator will assist with the operational efforts for the Universal Television Entertainment Group’s communications teams. This position will report to the Director, Operations for the Universal Television Entertainment Group’s communications teams.

The Vice President, Business Affairs will be primarily responsible for development and production-related agreements on behalf of the late-night properties, including The Tonight Show starring Jimmy Fallon, Saturday Night Live, and Late Night with Seth Meyers. This individual will report to the Global Head of Business Affairs, UTEG.

The Writer/Producer, Creative Content at NBC Entertainment sits on the writing team within the Creative Content group and supports our marketing initiatives for multiple platforms. This person is a dynamic storyteller who can master the NBC voice and engage our viewers with polished writing and fresh ideas for various marketing needs across the organization. They also have a deep understanding of social media and are able to produce and even capture video content that excites fans.
