This role will provide Human Resources support to Universal Studio Group. This role is primarily responsible for Human Resource and Employee Relations issues for television productions based in the Eastern US and Canada. This position reports to the VP, Human Resources, Universal Studio Group. Specific job responsibilities include but are not limited to: Direct and manage high volume of employee relations investigations regarding complaints, harassment, integrity violations, retaliation, and performance concerns.

Job Description: This role will provide Human Resource support to various Universal Studio Group Productions to help design and cultivate a respectful, inclusive, and fun working culture. This role will assist with Generalist functions but specialize in managing employee relations issues for assigned television productions based in the greater Chicago area. May also support other productions and special projects in the USG portfolio as applicable. This position reports to Director, HR and Employee Relations, Universal Studio Group.
