Position Overview: The Training Director will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing comprehensive training strategies for the SAP S4/Hana implementation. This role will focus on designing and delivering engaging training content, as well as leading change management efforts to ensure user adoption and smooth transitions throughout the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in instructional design, training delivery, and change management, with hands-on experience using authoring tools such as Enable Now, Articulate, and Storyline.
