In this role, you will be supporting the Facilities Leader who is responsible for overseeing general facility operations consisting of 40+ acres including soundstages, production offices, administrative offices, warehouse, mill buildings, along with food & beverage operations. You will work closely with site leadership in providing the highest level of customer service to the employees, clients, and guests on the property.

NBCUniversal is looking for a Transportation Scheduler to join the Studio Services team in Atlanta, Georgia! In this role, you will be responsible for scheduling all vehicle rental transactions. You will also be responsible for processing all accounts payable and accounts receivable. What You’ll Do: Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the NBCUniversal Transportation processes including dispatch, golf cart management, fleet management, repairs and maintenance, and garage inventory management.
