Reporting to the Senior Manager, Product Design Studio, this role plays a key role in delivering high-quality, brand-aligned products across ANZ, Southeast Asia and India. This role supports brand integrity and strong creative execution while ensuring efficiency across the product approvals process. It will contribute to sustainable growth by balancing creativity with commercially viable, market-ready product solutions.

As the Facilities Manager, ANZ – you will be part of the International Workplace Team, responsible for day-to-day workplace operations and facilities management for NBCUniversal’s offices in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Auckland. You will be reporting to the Director, International Facilities Operations in London but with day to day oversight to the Regional Facilities Manager (APAC). You will lead all facilities-related services and act as the site contact for the EHS (Environmental, Health & Safety) and BCCM (Business Continuity & Criss Management) teams.

The Contract Management Manager is a key member of the Universal Products & Experiences (UP&E) team, responsible for overseeing the contract lifecycle across specific territories and/or product categories. This role reports to the Sr. Manager - Contract Management. The Contract Management team works across functions and shepherds deals from the pitch phase all the way through final execution and payment.
