The Manager, A & E Design oversees and manages the Architectural and Engineering design and construction administration effort within a specific area of a project. Also provides input and advice on design, budget, schedule, code requirements, selection of project resources and strategy for project execution. Responsibilities: Attends weekly project meetings. Responsible for the coordination between the Architecture and Engineering vendors and the other vendors including the development of Building, Area Development, and road expansions requirements.

The Technical Show Manager is responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and expediting the design and development of show equipment, and/or show action equipment, components and systems under contract with vendor(s) Responsibilities Responsible for scope development, bid & award, monitoring, and progress of design fabrication and installation and testing, by vendor for each show element.

The Sr. Manager Ride Engineering is responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and expediting the design, development and delivery of ride components and systems under contract with vendor(s). Responsibilities Responsible for scope development, bid & award, monitoring, and progress of design fabrication and installation and testing, by vendor for ride systems and related equipment.

The Vice President of Development & Delivery is responsible for providing strategic oversight and business direction of destination and design development, including major attractions, food & retail, and live entertainment venues, such as CityWalk; parking structures; and destination-wide landscapes. Leads all planning, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, design, construction, fabrication, and project completion within the assigned budget, quality, schedule, creative and guest experience targets.

The Sr. Manager, Project Director is responsible for directing and managing all aspects of the development of the facility construction, show production and integration for attraction development (the “Project”), including all planning, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, design, construction, fabrication, delivery, and commissioning required to open the Project within the assigned budget, quality, schedule, creative and guest experience targets.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, establishing, and integrating comprehensive project plans and schedules throughout the project’s lifecycle. You will be responsible for initiating, integrating, monitoring and preparing status for internal and/or external project schedules into a comprehensive program or integrated project master schedule. This includes providing project controls advisements and progress analysis for senior management decision making, as well as tracking current and future resources and production progress based on the Integrated Master Schedule.

The Project Estimator generates project budget estimates, updates estimates during the design phases, negotiates all changes to the work during the construction/installation phase, and compiles post-mortem cost summaries of the project. This work is performed with oversight from project controls / estimating leadership Develops estimates, negotiates, and settles costs for all changes to the work (including specialty ride & show scopes) throughout the project.

The Show Producer is responsible for the development and management of all assigned project-related aesthetic, show, and guest-experience elements. The Show Producer defines and ensures compliance with Creative goals and intent, informing and advising Senior Management of Project status and Issues. Acts as the Creative Lead on assigned projects, supervising any assigned staff and workloads and determines strategies ensuring the successful completion of all tasks and/or assignments through all aspects of design and production from original concept.
