Assists in the generation of project budget estimates, updates to estimates during the design phases, negotiation of changes to the work during the construction/installation phase, and compiles post-mortem cost summaries of the project. This work is performed with significant oversight from project controls / estimating leadership. Assists in the development of estimates, negotiation, and settlement of costs for all changes to the work (including specialty ride & show scopes) throughout the project.

The Associate Manager, A & E Design works in partnership with the A&E Design Manager to oversee the project A&E vendors and coordinate the show ride systems facility impact reports and review/ redline all disciplines design packages. Assists with coordinating Construction administration effort relative to reviewing RFI’s and field work assessments. Responsibilities: Attends weekly project meetings. Assists the coordination between Architecture and Engineering and the other vendors.
