The Manager Ride/Show Engineering is responsible for overseeing, monitoring, and expediting the design, development and delivery of ride components and systems under contract with vendor(s). Responsibilities Responsible for scope development, bid & award, monitoring, and progress of design fabrication and installation and testing, by vendor for ride systems and related equipment.

The Vice President of Development & Delivery is responsible for providing strategic oversight and business direction of destination and design development, including major attractions, food & retail, and live entertainment venues, such as CityWalk; parking structures; and destination-wide landscapes. Leads all planning, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, design, construction, fabrication, and project completion within the assigned budget, quality, schedule, creative and guest experience targets.

Based on the needs of assigned project, responsible for the creation and/or development and execution of creative content, direction, quality, and guest experience for assigned project. Responsibilities include; establishing the creative “story”, collaboration with the IP holder, and directing project deliverables, process and resources to establish and define the project’s creative intent. Collaborates with the Art Director, Show Producer and project team to develop and direct creative and design intent to meet project creative, business, technical, and operational objectives.

The Sr. Manager Projects is responsible for directing and managing all aspects of the development of the facility construction, show production and integration for attraction development (the “Project”), including all planning, budgeting, scheduling, estimating, design, construction, fabrication, delivery, and commissioning required to open the Project within the assigned budget, quality, schedule, creative and guest experience targets.

In this role, you will be responsible for developing, establishing, and integrating comprehensive project plans and schedules throughout the project’s lifecycle. You will be responsible for initiating, integrating, monitoring and preparing status for internal and/or external project schedules into a comprehensive program or integrated project master schedule. This includes providing project controls advisements and progress analysis for senior management decision making, as well as tracking current and future resources and production progress based on the Integrated Master Schedule.

The Sr. Production Designer is a part of the creative design team and is responsible to oversee, lead, and manage the design and execution of all show related elements and areas. As directed by the Executive Show Producer and Creative Director the Sr. Production Designer ensures that the project creative vision and design intent is accurately integrated and documented in models and drawing packages and executed in the field. Coordinates with all Project personnel, departments and disciplines (e.g.

Assists in the generation of project budget estimates, updates to estimates during the design phases, negotiation of changes to the work during the construction/installation phase, and compiles post-mortem cost summaries of the project. This work is performed with significant oversight from project controls / estimating leadership. Assists in the development of estimates, negotiation, and settlement of costs for all changes to the work (including specialty ride & show scopes) throughout the project.

The Show Producer is responsible for the development and management of all assigned project-related aesthetic, show, and guest-experience elements. The Show Producer defines and ensures compliance with Creative goals and intent, informing and advising Senior Management of Project status and Issues. Acts as the Creative Lead on assigned projects, supervising any assigned staff and workloads and determines strategies ensuring the successful completion of all tasks and/or assignments through all aspects of design and production from original concept.

The Show Producer is responsible for the development and management of all assigned project-related aesthetic, show, and guest-experience elements. The Show Producer defines and ensures compliance with Creative goals and intent, informing and advising Senior Management of Project status and Issues. Acts as the Creative Lead on assigned projects, supervising any assigned staff and workloads and determines strategies ensuring the successful completion of all tasks and/or assignments through all aspects of design and production from original concept.

The Associate Manager, A & E Design works in partnership with the A&E Design Manager to oversee the project A&E vendors and coordinate the show ride systems facility impact reports and review/ redline all disciplines design packages. Assists with coordinating Construction administration effort relative to reviewing RFI’s and field work assessments. Responsibilities: Attends weekly project meetings. Assists the coordination between Architecture and Engineering and the other vendors.
