Universal Studios Hollywood is seeking an experienced Creative Associate Manager to join our Entertainment Creative Development team. Reporting directly to the Creative Director, the Creative Associate Manager will ideally have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in experiential design, themed entertainment, stage, and/or screen work. This position centers on show direction, creative development and strengthens the department’s ability to scale, take on additional assignments, and advance creative work across the portfolio.

The Supervisor, Entertainment Operations shall be responsible for ensuring the functionality of all operations related to the day-to-day execution of the Entertainment elements to which they are assigned. The Supervisor reports to the Manager, Entertainment Operations as appropriate to ensure proper facilitation of duties. Ensure that the Universal Studios Hollywood vision, mission & values, and Guest Service Philosophy & Standards are understood and supported across the organization.
