The Senior Financial Analyst for the Theme Park Food & Beverage Finance team will play a pivotal role in supporting both the financial planning & analysis cycle and the daily operations of all Food & Beverage venues within the park. The Senior Financial Analyst will handle ad-hoc analysis and flash reporting on key operational metrics and will assist with revenue forecasting, budgeting, and Latest Estimates.

The Financial Analyst will support the Theme Park and CityWalk Retail team through finance deliverables including the following: daily/weekly/monthly financial reporting, month-end close, account reconciliations, Budget/ Long Range Plan (LRP)/ Latest Estimate (LE) cycles, and ad hoc analysis. Will be assigned the specific tasks as the new hire will go through the training of all of the below responsibilities as seen fit.

Role Summary A successful candidate will become part of the Universal Studios Hollywood Finance team, primarily supporting the Park’s Parking operation, including revenue, labor, and expense management while periodically supporting our Operations Finance team. This role will participate in all financial aspects, owning the day-to-day expense management, financial reporting, budgeting and forecasting responsibilities. A successful candidate will become a valuable resource supporting business partners with guidance, reporting, and analysis to deliver on key business unit objectives.

Universal Destinations & Experiences is a fully integrated, in-house finance and sourcing department conducting primary research from Request for Proposal (RFP) development, data processing, field work, cost modeling and compilation of information to final analysis, contract negotiation and reporting.

This Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the Pricing & Revenue Management department and performs detailed financial analyses of attendance trends and forecasts to make strategic recommendations for ticket pricing and product offerings. By providing high-quality insights, this Senior Financial Analyst supports both the short-term and long-term financial success for Universal Studios Hollywood. Responsibilities include: Weekly analysis of ticket pricing, products, sales channels, and promotions to provide explanations of revenue trends and forward pacing.
