About the Role: We are looking for a Specialist of Learning to drive and support the day-to-day Team Member experience for On-the-Job Training and other specific training needs of the Theme Park and City Walk. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of operational training within the hospitality industry. You’ll need to be innovative, agile, and always seek to push the boundaries of the status quo. However, you must also have a relentless focus on practical application that is grounded in the realities of what our Team Members face day-to-day.

The Position: The Senior Vice President, Human Resources has overall leadership responsibility for the design, development and implementation of effective HR strategies that support the people and business priorities of Universal Studios Hollywood. This position serves as a key member of the senior leadership team for the Universal Studios Hollywood businesses and the senior human resources staff.

Summary This role oversees the compliance and administrative functions within the Human Resources department. It ensures the accurate and efficient implementation of attendance policies and bi-annual status checks in line with our Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA). Additionally, this position supervises HR Assistants who manage attendance infraction disciplines and support the interactive and accommodations processes for Team Members with leave or accommodation needs.
